2 oz. Cruzan White Rum
2 tsp of Superfine Sugar
1 oz. fresh lime juice
4 mint leaves
Finish with Club Soda
Raspberry Ice Cubes
Sour Patch Candies (for garnish)
1. Muddle mint, raspberries, and sugar with a splash of Club Soda.
2. Add lime juice and rum and shake with ice.
3. Fill glass with Raspberry Ice Cubes, pour. Top with Club Soda.
4. Add a couple of Sour Patch Candies to swizzle stick and serve!
This is a unique mojito that's alot of fun and a real crowd pleaser.
